Lost Tokens on a Crypto Exchange? How to Recover Missing UBXS from Gate.io

When I logged into my Gate.io wallet today, I discovered that the 3,000 UBXS tokens that had been in my account since 2023 were completely gone. I hadn’t logged in for a long time and I did not make any transfers or withdrawals. There are no other problems or suspicious activities in my account.

I request a detailed explanation of why my UBXS tokens disappeared and that my tokens be restored to my account. I tried to reach Gate.com customer service about the issue, but I have not received any response. I ask that this matter be urgently investigated and my grievance resolved.
