Missing GateTokens from My Gate.io Account

I recently logged into my Gate.io account, only to discover that all my GateTokens have disappeared. I purchased a significant amount of GateTokens two years ago, and now they are completely gone from my account. This is extremely frustrating and concerning, as I have no idea where they went or what caused this issue.

I’ve tried looking for solutions, but there’s no clear guidance on whom to contact or how to resolve this. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows what steps to take, please help. Gate.io, I need immediate support to recover my tokens or at least an explanation. This is unacceptable, and I expect an urgent resolution for this problem.
