I had exactly 18,308,688 LARIX tokens in my Gate.io account, but for the past two days, they’ve completely disappeared. I didn’t make any transfers, and there were no notifications or explanations. My balance just dropped to zero without reason.

I feel completely helpless and ignored. This is a serious amount, and I’ve been left in the dark with no support or updates. I’ve submitted a support request, but there has been no response, and the tokens are still missing. I deserve to know where my funds went and why they were removed from my account.
