On September 15, 2025, my Gate.io account showed that my balance of 1,250,000,000,000 Kishu Inu coins had disappeared, even though I had not made any transactions. I did not perform any transfer, sale, or withdrawal—this happened completely without my knowledge or consent.
I immediately tried to contact Gate.io customer service, but I have not received any response. I have never experienced such an issue with my account before. I had been holding these coins for a long time without making any trades.
My registered account email is m.x**@gmail.com**. When I originally purchased these Kishu Inu tokens, I invested approximately $650.
I urgently request that Gate.io resolve this problem by either restoring my missing coins or refunding the amount I invested. This situation has caused me serious financial distress, and I expect immediate action.
