Lost Google Authenticator Code – Unable to Access Gate.io Account

I lost my Google Authenticator code and contacted Gate.io’s support team for help. I’ve sent multiple emails and followed all the instructions they provided, but my Google Authenticator has still not been deactivated. As a result, I can’t access my account. This issue has been dragging on for far too long, and I urgently need it resolved. Please, I request that Gate.io takes immediate action to help me regain access to my account. My email is Av.
