How to Fix Gate.io Google Authenticator Issue

I am unable to access my Gate.io account after changing my phone. The Google Authenticator code linked to my account was lost during the transition, and I cannot log in because I no longer have access to the old code.
My account is registered under the email address c****[email protected]. I’ve noticed that many others face similar issues with Google Authenticator. I request that the two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator) be removed from my account so I can regain access.
