How Can I Access Gate.io Account After Phone Change

I have a Gate.io global account, but I can no longer log in after changing my phone. The Google Authenticator codes are being rejected as invalid. Despite completing the verification processes and attempting to resolve this issue, I have not received any response or support from Gate.io.
I also tried contacting the call center, but I couldn’t get through. This situation has left me locked out of my account, and I urgently need assistance to reset or update the Google Authenticator for my account.
Gate.io must take immediate action to resolve this issue and improve their support process. I expect prompt communication and a solution to regain access to my account.
