Unable to Access Gate.io Account Due to Google Authenticator Issue
I am unable to access my Gate.io account because the platform is not accepting the codes generated by Google Authenticator. To make matters worse, the same codes are required to contact customer support, leaving me completely stuck. This is a significant failure in the system.
I have already sent an email to Gate.io support about this issue, but I have not received any resolution. As a result, I cannot log into my account or access my funds.
I demand immediate assistance to resolve this problem and regain access to my account. Gate.io must address these two-factor authentication issues promptly and ensure users have a reliable way to contact support during such critical situations.
