I recently changed my phone and can no longer access my Google Authenticator codes for Gate.io. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to log in. I have tried to reach customer support multiple times, but I have received no response.

This is extremely frustrating—I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account. There should be an alternative way to recover or reset my authentication method, but I haven’t been given any solution. Gate.io, please resolve this issue immediately and help me restore access to my account. I need urgent action on this matter!
