Missing Funds on Gate.io After Account Access Issues

I encountered a serious issue with my Gate.io account. Initially, I was blocked from accessing my account and was instructed to log in from another device. When I accessed my account via PC, I discovered that my balance was completely emptied—there wasn’t even $1 left in my account.
I have no idea what happened to my funds. Despite sending multiple emails to Gate.io’s customer support, I haven’t received any response or clarification regarding this situation.
This is extremely concerning, and I urgently need Gate.io to investigate and resolve the issue. I demand a full explanation and the immediate return of my funds. Ignoring this problem is unacceptable. Please take action promptly.
