Unable to Reset Gate.io Authenticator Password, No Support Response

My Gate.io Authenticator password was deleted, and I’ve been trying to reset or cancel it multiple times without success. Despite my repeated attempts to contact support, they haven’t responded or offered any meaningful assistance.
Instead of resolving the issue, they ask irrelevant questions and fail to send proper help or support messages. I’ve also been redirected to updates and site links, which do nothing to fix the problem.
This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a platform handling sensitive account information. I demand immediate assistance to reset my Authenticator password and regain access to my account. Gate.io needs to provide proper support and address these issues promptly. This delay is unacceptable.
