I Face Missing TRUMP Coin Balance on Gate.io After Platform Update

About a month ago, I purchased a coin called TRUMP through Gate.io. However, ever since a content update was made on the Gate.io platform, I have been unable to see my TRUMP coin balance in my wallet. Before buying TRUMP, I sold other coins such as FLOKI and FIL, but after that transaction, my entire balance disappeared. There are also no transaction records in my history, and when I open the History section, the page appears completely blank.

I want my TRUMP balance to be restored and to be able to buy and sell coins as easily as before. For the past month, I’ve checked my account multiple times, but my balance has never reappeared, and I can’t sell or trade. All of my security settings—including two-factor authentication (2FA)—are active, and I haven’t encountered any other issues with my account.

I haven’t yet contacted Gate.io Customer Support, as the platform’s interface is quite confusing and it’s been difficult to find proper assistance. I urgently request a detailed review and prompt response, the restoration of my missing balance, and for my account to function normally again.
