I purchased a substantial amount of LTC5S coins on Gate.io about five months ago when the price was around $0.17. Today, the market price has risen to nearly $2.00, so I expected to see a significant profit in my wallet. However, when I checked my Gate.io wallet, I noticed that my entire LTC5S coin balance has disappeared.
Instead of reflecting my actual holdings or gains, the wallet only displays a $4 balance and shows coin quantities based on the lowest historical price, not the current value. There is no sign of my original quantity or the correct valuation based on the updated market price.
This is extremely frustrating, especially after holding the asset for several months and missing out on the visible profit. I haven’t made any withdrawals, transfers, or conversions, and yet my investment seems to have vanished.
I urgently need Gate.io to clarify why my LTC5S token balance is no longer showing and why my profit is not reflected in my wallet. Please restore my full coin count and correct the wallet display to match real-time pricing. I expect a swift and transparent resolution to this issue.
