My $660 TAPT Coins Disappeared From Gate.io Account After Purchase

On August 11, 2025, I purchased 2.15 TAPT coins worth $660 through Gate.io. The transaction appeared as “completed” in the exchange records, and for a short while, the coins were visible in my account. However, shortly after the purchase, the TAPT coins suddenly disappeared from my balance.
What makes this issue even more frustrating is that all my other coins remain unaffected—this problem occurred only with the TAPT tokens. I reached out to Gate.io customer service, but I have received no response or explanation regarding why my purchase vanished. My Gate.io username is g*.
I request that the $660 worth of TAPT coins be immediately restored to my account and that Gate.io provides a clear explanation of why this happened. As a paying customer, I expect proper transparency and accountability from the platform. This incident has caused financial loss and trust issues, and I want my balance corrected without further delay.
