Gate.io Confiscated My Money (2fa)!

Hello,

I recently purchased a new phone and no longer have access to the 2FA application on my old device. I reached out to Gate IO for assistance, and they requested numerous documents, which I promptly provided. However, it's been 4 days without any response from them. Each time I comply with their requests, they ask for more documentation. Despite providing details about the coins in my account and transaction history, my issue remains unresolved.

Here's what I've provided:

My ID
My photo
Details of coins in my account
Transaction history of coins bought and sold

The only thing I couldn't provide was the number of a random transaction. It's frustrating that Gate IO refuses to assist further just because of this missing detail. If my account isn't restored promptly, I'll have no choice but to pursue legal action.
