How to Fix Gate.io Account Google Authenticator Issues

I have been using Gate.io for trading but stopped monitoring my coins after BTC dropped in value before 2022. When I had to send my phone for repairs, the Google Authenticator app was erased. Now, I cannot access my Gate.io account because I no longer have the code.

To make matters worse, I do not recall the answers to the verification questions regarding my coin balances and transaction details from years ago. These are nearly impossible to remember for assets I haven’t tracked in a long time. Despite providing all my identity documents, I am still denied access to my account.

This is my account with my funds, and I feel unjustly blocked from accessing it. I have already tried resolving this issue before, but without success. I urgently request Gate.io to resolve this problem and grant me access to my account promptly.
