Gate.io Google Authentication Login Issue

I am writing to express my urgent need for assistance in accessing my Gate.io account. Despite following the necessary security steps, I have been unable to log in. I have submitted my photo ID, completed SMS and email confirmations, and sent all required emails as instructed by Gate.io. Here is a summary of my current situation and the actions I have taken: 1. **Submitted Documentation:** I have shared my photo, ID, completed SMS confirmation, and email confirmation. 2. **Emails Sent:** I have sent all relevant emails as directed by Gate.io support. 3. **Google Authentication Issue:** I downloaded Google Authenticator, but it requires a key code or QR code for login, which I do not have. This has prevented me from accessing my account. 4. **Verification Attempts:** I have submitted forms manually, including my photo and ID photos. I can provide further identification via FaceTime or video chat, including my Turkish ID card or my BRP from the UK. 5. **Account Details:** I know my password and my email and phone number are verified. The main issue is with Google Authenticator. The last time I checked my account in March 2024, I had approximately £600 in it. My account has been open for almost three years, and I have never made any withdrawals, thus I do not have a TXID code.
