Three days ago, I logged into my active Gate.io account and noticed that my account username had been changed, and my balance was showing as zero. This is extremely alarming as I actively use this account for cryptocurrency transactions. I had previously taken a screenshot of my coin balance and sent it to Gate.io via email, but no resolution has been provided yet. I expect Gate.io to address this issue urgently, restore my account balance, and explain how this happened. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I demand immediate action to resolve my grievance. Gate.io, please prioritize this and provide a clear response as soon as possible.
