Three years back, I bought a Garmin 935, and after two years of using it, the battery suddenly began draining quickly. I took it in for servicing, and they said they couldn't swap out the battery but could give me a discount on a new model instead. Hey, I got the new Garmin 945, but after only a year, its battery started acting like the 935's. It looks like both events happened after specific software updates. I think Garmin is intentionally sending out software updates that drain the battery faster in order to pressure customers into purchasing new watches. I will never purchase Garmin products again.
