Garena Free Fire UID Permanently Banned After Account Hack

I have been playing on my Garena Free Fire account with UID 1171227464 for about 3 years. Around 2 years ago, when I tried to enter the game, I suddenly saw a message saying that there were abnormal activities with my account and that it had been permanently suspended. I did not intentionally use any illegal tools, hacks or third‑party applications to gain an unfair advantage in the game. Someone had accessed my game, and after that my account was banned. Because of this, I feel I have been unfairly punished even though I did not misuse the account myself. On this account I had invested a lot of time and effort over the years, and I request that my case be checked carefully. I kindly ask Garena Free Fire support to review my account with UID 1171227464 once again and remove the permanent ban so that my account can be unbanned and I can continue playing normally.
