Free Fire Account Ban Appeal
I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my Garena Free Fire account with UID 8254269103 and nickname 愛4xMALIKモ, which was banned on 29‑09‑2026 with the message “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended.” A third‑party application was running on my phone at the time, but it was only related to my mobile settings and not to the game itself. I did not use any hack, cheat, script or unfair tool to gain an advantage in Free Fire and I did not intentionally violate the rules. As soon as I understood that this application might be a problem, I removed/disabled it and I will make sure that no unauthorized app is running while I play in the future. I have been playing on this account for about three years and have invested a lot of time and effort into it. I respectfully request that my account be manually reviewed and that the permanent ban be reconsidered, because I believe this is a misunderstanding caused by a non‑cheating third‑party app related only to device settings. I kindly ask you to give me one more chance so that I can continue playing fairly and in full compliance with all Free Fire rules and policies.
Hello Free Fire Support, My account was banned because a third-party app was running on my phone. I was using it only for mobile settings and did not know it could cause a ban.
