Restoration Of My Free Fire Account


I am writing regarding my Mid East Africa mobile app account, which was permanently banned on 21 May 2026 with the explanation of “abnormal data”. I strongly believe this decision is a mistake, as I have only used the app in a normal way and have not engaged in any suspicious activity or policy violations. After my account was banned, I tried to resolve the issue through every official channel I could find. I submitted an in‑app support ticket, contacted support via chat, and also sent an email, but I have not received any response from your side. I respectfully request that my account be fully reviewed and restored, as I am convinced that the “abnormal data” assessment is incorrect in my case. I also ask to be informed clearly about what triggered this ban so that any misunderstanding can be cleared up and my access to the Mid East Africa mobile app can be reinstated.
