Garena Free Fire Wrongfully Banned My Account for 6 Years Without Proof or Warning

I’ve submitted multiple tickets to the Garena Free Fire support team, but I still haven’t received a proper explanation. My account has been banned for six years, and I truly have no idea what could justify such an extreme punishment.

I never used cheats or third-party software, and I always played the game fairly. The only vague explanation I’ve received is that “abnormal activity” was detected on my account. But no details, no warnings, and no opportunity to defend myself were ever given before the permanent ban.
