Garena Free Fire Suspends Account for “Abnormal Activity” Without Explanation

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the suspension of my Garena Free Fire account due to what was described as “abnormal activities.” Although I received a suspension notice, I was not clearly informed about what these alleged abnormal activities were or which specific action led to this decision. Since the suspension, I have been unable to use my account properly, which has significantly restricted my access to and use of the platform. I believe it is unfair for my account to be limited without a clear and transparent explanation. I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be given a clear explanation and concrete justification for the suspension, and that my account be reactivated if there is no valid reason for this action.
