I Lost My Garena Free Fire Account via Facebook Login and Can't Get Support

I’ve invested years and a lot of effort into my Garena Free Fire account linked through Facebook. I love this game and have dedicated so much time to it. However, when I tried to log in again via Facebook, my original account didn’t appear. Instead, a new account showed up. I have reported this issue multiple times but have yet to receive any response or help from customer support. This is very frustrating because all my progress and memories are tied to that lost account. I urgently ask Garena to look into this and help me recover my original account.
