Garena Free Fire Support Request to Restore Deleted or Missing Account

I haven’t been able to access my Garena Free Fire account for about 6–7 months. I deleted the game in June 2025, and when I reinstalled it yesterday and tried to log in with Facebook, instead of opening my old account, it created a brand-new account as if I were a new user. Since I can’t find my old Facebook account either, I’m unable to access my original game account that was linked to it.

My old account was very valuable to me. I was level 62, purchased a large number of diamonds, and had many costumes, items, and rare content. I took a break from the game because of work, but now I want to return to play for fun, friendship, and to enjoy the game with my friends again. However, I can’t access all the progress and effort I put into the account. My account ID number is: 1893385674.

I am requesting that Garena review my account using this ID number and restore my original account access, even if I cannot recover my Facebook account. I cannot accept that an account I spent years building and investing money into has been deleted or lost. I am asking for assistance in recovering and restoring my account.
