Garena Free Fire locked me out after binding to Facebook — how can I log back in?

If you linked your Garena Free Fire account to Facebook and then got locked out, you need to call Garena's support to get back in.

Their website for customer service has a part for "Account Issues" and "Lost Login Account" where you can make a ticket.

To show that you own the account, you will need to give as much information as you can, like your Player ID, nickname, and any screenshots or records for purchases.

If you try to log in with a different Facebook account, you might make a new Free Fire page, which would make the recovery process harder.

If someone has hacked or blocked your Facebook account, you must first try to get it back through Facebook's help center.
