Free Fire Facebook Account Opens New ID Instead of Original Account

I have been playing Garena Free Fire on my Android device using a Facebook-linked account. On 2 July, I noticed that there is a serious problem with my account. When I log in to Free Fire with the same Facebook account I always used, the game now opens a completely new and fresh account instead of my old ID, which shows that either I have lost access to my original ID or someone else is using it. I still have full access to my Facebook account, so the issue seems to be specifically with the Free Fire game account linked to it. I did not create any new account or make any changes myself, and I am very concerned that my old Free Fire ID has been taken over or disconnected without my permission. I kindly request that my old Free Fire ID linked to my Facebook account be restored and secured, and that any unauthorized access be investigated. I would like to continue using my original account as before and not the new empty account that appears now.
