I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience in Garena Free Fire. On April 25, 2025, I purchased a weekly membership for ₺60. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my card without any issues. I even submitted proof of the transaction to your team to show that the payment went through.

But despite all this, my membership still hasn’t been activated. I waited patiently, thinking it might be a short delay, but it’s been long enough—and nothing has changed. I paid for a service I haven’t received, and that’s unacceptable.

Garena, I need you to activate my weekly membership immediately. I’ve followed all the steps, submitted proof, and done everything on my end. Please fix this as soon as possible or issue a refund. I expect a prompt resolution—I didn’t pay ₺60 to be ignored.
