I Face Membership Activation Issue in Garena Free Fire on Android After Paycell Payment
I recently purchased a weekly membership in Garena Free Fire via the Android app, paying ₺59.99 with my Paycell card. The payment was successfully deducted from my card, but my membership was never activated. This is not the first time I have faced such a problem with Garena Free Fire, and experiencing the same issue again has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.
I provided all necessary payment details, including my order/transaction number 8400262472, yet my account status remains unchanged. I reached out for support, but so far, I have not received any concrete assistance or resolution.
I am requesting that my membership be activated immediately and that Garena Free Fire ensure such issues do not recur. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to continue escalating my complaints. This matter requires urgent attention.
