I Forgot the Payment Code on Garena Topup Center and Didn’t Receive My Diamonds

I attempted to purchase diamonds through Garena Topup Center using a Havale/EFT bank transfer. During my first transaction, I mistakenly forgot to enter the required code in the payment description field. As a result, the diamonds were not credited to my account.

Realizing the error, I repeated the transaction—this time including the correct code in the description. However, I am still waiting for the diamonds from the first payment to be added to my account. I have the original payment receipt (dekont) as proof of the transaction.

I respectfully request that Garena verify the payment and credit the diamonds to my account accordingly. This issue has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I am available via WhatsApp or phone and ready to share the payment details for verification.

Please resolve this issue promptly—I paid in good faith and expect the in-game currency I purchased to be delivered.
