Diamonds Not Delivered and No Refund Provided by Garena
I purchased diamonds in Garena, but they were never added to my account, and the payment was not refunded. This is extremely disappointing and unexpected from Garena. Such issues make it impossible to trust the platform, and this incident has led me to stop playing the game altogether.
The prices for diamonds are already high, and on top of that, failing to deliver the purchased items is unacceptable. I’ve lost both my money and the diamonds I paid for.
I demand an immediate resolution: either the diamonds I purchased should be added to my account, or my money must be refunded. Garena, you’ve lost another player due to poor service. Please fix this issue promptly.
