I Paid ₺1,400 via Garena Top Up Center but Never Received My Free Fire Diamonds
I made a payment of ₺1,400 through Garena Top Up Center via bank transfer to purchase diamonds for Free Fire. After completing the transaction, the platform instructed me to wait. I waited as requested, but the diamonds were never delivered to my account.
Following the payment, I received a long reference number (9006136454127548974), but there was no explanation of what it was for or how to use it. I have no idea whether this number confirms my payment or if it’s connected to my transaction at all.
Despite my full payment being processed, I’ve received neither the diamonds nor any refund. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and follow-up.
I’m requesting immediate action from Garena: either deliver the diamonds to my Free Fire account as paid or issue a full refund of the ₺1,400. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and clearly. Please do not ignore this payment and treat it like it never happened.
