I purchased diamonds worth 1000 TL for my Garena Free Fire account, but the diamonds never arrived, even though the money was deducted from my account. I’ve spent my hard-earned money, and it’s incredibly frustrating to receive nothing in return. My account ID is 1128315547, and I’m requesting that the missing diamonds be credited immediately.

I genuinely enjoy playing Free Fire, but this experience is leaving me disappointed and considering filing a complaint if this issue isn’t resolved. I urge Garena to address this quickly and restore my diamonds, as I expect fair treatment and reliable service. Please resolve this issue so I can continue to enjoy the game.
