Free Fire Diamond Top-Up Failed After Mastercard Payment

On 28 February 2026, I made a diamond top-up in Free Fire via the in‑game store using my Mastercard bank card. The amount of 7,250 thousand naira was debited from my card, but the diamonds were never credited to my Free Fire account. The payment was successfully taken from my card, yet my in‑game balance did not change, and I did not receive any error message or refund. I have not yet been able to contact either Garena Free Fire support or my bank about this issue. My Free Fire ID is 8174748575, and this is the account I used for the purchase. I request that the missing diamonds corresponding to this debited amount be immediately credited to my Free Fire account or that you resolve whatever technical issue is preventing the delivery of the purchased diamonds.
