Free Fire Account Hacked and Wrongly Banned — Requesting Fair Review
My Garena Free Fire account (UID: 1763050217, in-game name: s****) was hacked around 2021. When I recovered my account through Facebook, I discovered that it had been banned due to hacking activity performed without my consent. I’ve been playing since 2019, always in compliance with the rules, and I have regularly invested money in my account. Many of my collections and in-game items are still there.
I reported the issue to Garena Support, but I only received automatic bot replies and never got a response from an actual representative. My account has now been banned for nearly five years, and I still have no access to it. The actions that caused the ban were not done by me, but by the person who hacked my account.
I would also like to mention that I recently noticed another account named h* was banned and then reinstated within 24 hours. This player is a well-known content creator, which is likely why their account was reopened so quickly. However, I have been a legitimate and rule-abiding player for years, and I believe I also deserve a fair chance. Everyone should be treated equally.
I am requesting that my account be reviewed again and that the unfair ban be lifted. Losing this account after years of effort and investment is deeply upsetting. I ask for my case to be reconsidered and my account reinstated as soon as possible.
