If you think your Free Fire ID has been hacked (unexpectedly logged out, password changed, gems gone), act quickly:

• Open the Help Center app and file an Account ticket with your UID, bound email or phone number, device type, the last time you successfully logged in, and copies of your receipts.

• Protect your devices: do an OS update, get rid of any APKs that you don't need, and run a malware scan. Change all of your passwords, including those for your email and any social accounts that are linked to the game.

• Note the date, time, and, if known, the IP address and place of the event in the ticket. Do not pay for "recovery services."

My account is banned because my friend used a panel on my ID, but I have never used any panel myself. I am requesting Garena Free Fire to please give me one chance. It has already been three months, and I kindly ask you to unban my Free Fire ID. Please, just one chance.
