Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team,

My Free Fire account (UID: 2607154393, in-game name: son_of_god) was hacked about a month ago. After recovering it through Facebook, I was devastated to find that it had been banned due to actions taken by the unauthorized user.

I’ve been a legitimate player since 2019, have never used cheats, and have made regular in-game purchases to support and grow my account. I believe the ban was a result of the hacker’s actions, not mine. I am more than willing to provide any records or proof needed to verify my claim.

This account holds great value to me, both financially and emotionally. Being banned after recovering it from a hacker is deeply frustrating and unfair.

Please review my case and lift the ban. I kindly ask for a second chance with the account I’ve built over the years. Thank you.
