On May 5th, my Free Fire account (UID: 1136347041) was hacked. I tried everything to contact Garena Free Fire support, but I received no replies for weeks. After a long struggle, I finally managed to recover my account. However, I discovered that it had been permanently banned—despite the fact that I did nothing wrong.
I’ve been playing Free Fire since 2019 without ever cheating or breaking the rules. I’ve made legitimate in-game purchases, including diamond packs and weekly subscriptions, which I can verify with receipts. The hacker who stole my account must have violated the rules, but I am the one being punished.
This is completely unfair. I’ve submitted screenshots proving the unauthorized access, including password reset activity and payment records under my name. I can send more evidence if needed.
Please investigate my case urgently and remove the ban from my account. I’ve invested years of time, effort, and money into this game. I shouldn’t lose everything because of someone else’s actions. I’m counting on Garena to fix this mistake and restore my account access immediately.
