Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, I am writing to request a review of my Free Fire account (UID: 1979517074, in-game name: ǶȺའᎠƑƑ). My account was recently banned, and I believe this occurred due to unauthorized access by another person. My account was compromised and temporarily stolen. After successfully recovering it, I discovered that it had been banned—likely because the hacker performed actions that violated the game’s policies. I want to make it clear that I have always played fairly and have never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party applications. I have been an active and loyal Free Fire player since 2020, investing both time and money into in-game purchases. Losing access to this account because of another person’s actions is truly upsetting. Please review my case carefully and check the activity logs during the time of the unauthorized access.
