Unjustly Charged Fee by Garanti BBVA

We are a customer of Garanti BBVA bank number ***482. We do not actively use the credit card of Garanti BBVA bank with the number 1019. Although we did not request this card in the months we did not use it, ₺32.43 was and continues to be charged under the name of printed statement fee. This fee was charged even though our option in the Garanti BBVA mobile application is electronic. In addition, a printed statement was not sent to our address. When I contacted the bank about this, they said that we had a printed preference, but we created a request (registration no: 5763959) to convey that we did not give this and who requested it on which date, but we did not return to this. We request that the fees received in this regard be refunded to us.
