Dear Sir/Madam, I have noticed that an annual credit card fee of ₺841.50 was charged to my Bonus credit card (last 4 digits: 5032) obtained from your Gültepe Branch in my latest statement. This fee was deducted without my consent, and I was not provided with a no-fee card option. I recently started using this card and was not informed about such a fee. Upon discovering this, I immediately submitted a written request through internet banking, which was rejected. Furthermore, the bank representative who contacted me regarding this rejection was impolite and offered no constructive solution. As a customer, I feel wronged and do not accept this transaction. I request: Refund of the annual card fee A formal apology from the bank To be offered a no-fee card alternative Should these requests not be met, I will proceed to close all my accounts with Garanti Bank and pursue all available legal actions. I also feel compelled to warn other potential customers about similar issues they may encounter with your institution. I expect to receive a resolution and be informed via telephone.
