Unable to Cash U.S. Check Due to the Misinformation by Garanti BBVA

I’ve been sent from branch to branch and still haven’t been able to cash a check I received from the U.S. On Thursday, I visited the Caddebostan Garanti Branch. Mr. T*** had the check endorsed and I signed three different documents. I was told that if I opened a non-interest-bearing USD account at that branch, the funds would be deposited within three days. However, on Saturday I received a call from that same branch informing me that their transaction limit had been reached and I would need to go to the Taksim Branch instead. I took the checks and went to Taksim, but there I was told they couldn’t process the check either and that I had to go to my original branch. So I went to the Bahçelievler Branch, only to be told that this transaction could only be done at a branch located in a touristic area. For the past three days, I’ve been going from one branch to another, putting all my work and responsibilities on hold. Since the check has already been endorsed, I can no longer cash it in the U.S. The branches clearly don’t communicate with each other. I’m looking for someone who can genuinely help me; otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
