Garanti BBVA Interest Free Loan Campaign Missed Due To Card Delay
On October 16, 2025, I opened a new account through Garanti Bank’s online branch to manage my investments and benefit from the interest-free loan campaign offered to new account holders. However, during the application process, I was asked for my card PIN and Turkish ID number, even though I hadn’t yet received my card and therefore didn’t have a PIN. When my card finally arrived on October 21, 2025, I called customer service again and was told that the 5-day application period had expired, meaning I could no longer take advantage of the campaign. There was no clear information online or elsewhere about the campaign terms or deadlines, and it was difficult to reach customer service. Since the weekend delayed my card’s delivery, I was unfairly affected by this situation. I believe the bank’s short deadline makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to benefit from the promotion. Customer service offered no solution during my call. I request to be allowed to participate in Garanti Bank’s interest-free loan campaign and for my grievance to be resolved. My trust in the bank has been seriously shaken, and I urge them to reconsider this policy.
