Garanti BBVA Took My BES Savings as an Entrance Fee When I Canceled

I joined Garanti BBVA's Pension System (BES) on May 3, 2024. However, due to financial difficulties and needing the accumulated amount, I had to withdraw from the BES system on December 21, 2024. After submitting my withdrawal request, I expected a refund, but when I called the customer service number 444 0 336 for information, I was told that no payment would be made to me. They stated that the accumulated amount of ₺8,500 was deducted as an entrance fee and emphasized that I would not be able to reclaim it. For eight months, I worked hard to save this money, but due to financial hardship, I had to cancel, and the bank took the funds from me. I do not want my hard-earned savings to disappear like this in such a system. I kindly request your assistance regarding this matter.

On 03.05.2024, I joined the Garanti Bankası Private Pension System (BES). However, due to financial difficulties and my need for the accumulated amount, I had to exit the BES system on 21.12.2024. After this exit request, while I was expecting the refund of my money, when I called the number 444 0 336 for information, I was told that no payment would be made to me personally. It was stated that the accumulated amount of 8500 TL was deducted as an entry fee and that I would not be able to get this amount back in any way. However, I tried to save with my efforts for 8 months. I canceled the amount due to financial difficulties, and the bank took that money from me. I do not want my efforts to disappear in such a system. I kindly request your assistance regarding this matter.
