Garanti BBVA ATMs Are Always Malfunctioning and Customer Service Does Not Help

I highly recommend steering clear of Garanti BBVA because of the unsatisfactory condition of their ATMs and the ongoing problems I've encountered with them. Numerous ATMs are out of order or in poor condition, turning simple transactions into a frustrating experience. Every time I’ve reached out for help from customer service, I’ve encountered unhelpful replies and ongoing delays instead of actual solutions. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously, and I no longer have confidence in their capacity to deliver dependable banking services. Rather than addressing issues, they appear to prioritise delaying solutions. Banking ought to be simple and hassle-free, yet my experience with Garanti BBVA has been quite the opposite. I wish I hadn't chosen this bank and definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
