Garanti BBVA ATM Has My Money Stuck for Three Days!

On March 13, 2024, I attempted to deposit money using the QR code feature. However, the machine malfunctioned and my money got stuck.
The ATM displayed a message stating that the transaction would be processed within one week and I would be notified of the outcome. However, on March 16, 2024, I received a message stating that the transaction had failed and my money would not be returned.
I immediately called Garanti BBVA customer service. The representative I spoke to said that there was a discrepancy in the amount I had deposited and the amount that was registered in the system. He promised to open a new case and get back to me within one week.
I am very disappointed with the way Garanti BBVA has handled this situation. The fact that my money has been stuck for three days is unacceptable. I am also concerned that I may miss the payment deadline for my credit card due to the bank's delay in resolving this issue.
I am requesting that a manager contact me immediately and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am also requesting that Garanti BBVA compensate me for the inconvenience and stress this situation has caused me.
