Garanti BBVA Denied Me a Loan Despite My High and Stable Income

Garanti BBVA is denying me access to the financial products I am entitled to, even though my pension of ₺53,000 is deposited there, due to a credit card I defaulted on and paid off three years ago. How fair is it to assign only a ₺5,000 overdraft to someone with this income? Am I considered unreliable? At the time, my credit card went into default because I had to cover my ex-wife's cancer treatment and hospital expenses, but I fully repaid the debt, and three years have passed. My salary from my job is deposited into another bank, amounting to ₺90,000. Now, I urgently need a loan to cover my debts, but no bank is approving one. How am I supposed to survive on this income? If Garanti Bankası provides a solution, I am willing to transfer my other salary to this bank on the same day. With a total monthly income of ₺153,000 and an automatic payment order for the loan, do I still pose a risk? I need a competent bank executive to resolve this issue, and I will transfer both salaries to the bank. If a solution is not found urgently, I am at the point of ending my life.
