Garanti BBVA Canceled My HGS Tag Without Explanation and Refuses to Provide Support

I applied online for an HGS (High-Speed Toll) tag through Garanti Bank, and all charges were processed, but I still haven’t received the tag. To make matters worse, the system now shows that the HGS tag has been canceled, yet no one can provide details about who canceled it or when. Customer service even asked if I had canceled it myself, which I did not. So far, I have received no support on this issue. They are now suggesting that I reapply for the tag and pay the fees again. Since I have already used highways and bridges, I am now at risk of incurring fines, adding to the inconvenience. Despite filing multiple complaints with Garanti Bank, I have yet to receive any real assistance.
