I Paid My Debt Twice but Got No Refund

Garanti Bank deducted my debt twice due to enforcement—once from my salary and once through a separate payment I made. However, they still haven’t refunded my money. I provided all the necessary documents to prove the double payment, but no one seems to take responsibility. Every time I follow up, I receive a different answer from a different representative. On top of that, they keep sending me back and forth, telling me to talk to different departments. Customer service tells me to go to the branch, but when I go there, they say it’s not their responsibility and that they can’t see the money. So who am I supposed to get my money from?
